Privacy policy
How this website handles the information you share with us.
Effective date: October 2, 2026
What we collect
This website collects only what you choose to send us — the name, email address, phone number, preferred call time, service interest, and message you enter in the contact form, the details you enter when booking a call, or anything you include when you email us, call us, or leave a voicemail.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, trackers, or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse, and the Microsoft Bookings calendar may set cookies it needs to work. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry and to schedule and hold your free call. We do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Service providers
Contact form messages are processed by Formspree, which filters spam and forwards the message to us by email. Appointments are scheduled through Microsoft Bookings, part of Microsoft 365; when you book, Microsoft processes the details you enter to create and confirm the appointment. Calls and voicemails to the firm's business number are handled by our business phone provider, Quo. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. We use these providers only to deliver those services. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
How we protect it and how long we keep it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you send us, including multi-factor authentication on our business accounts and encrypted devices, and only the firm has access. If you don't become a client, we keep your inquiry only as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and then delete it.
Please don't send sensitive information here
Please don't include Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, tax documents, or similar sensitive details in the contact form or by regular email. If we work together, we'll provide a secure way to exchange that information.
If you become a client
Information you share as a client is kept confidential as required by professional standards for CPAs and by federal rules governing tax return information, and as described in your engagement letter.
Questions or requests
To ask what information we have from you, or to have your inquiry deleted, email us at [email protected]. We'll honor deletion requests except where we're required to keep records by law or professional standards.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page along with the effective date above.
